Established in January 2010 the Horwath Bastow Charleton National Insolvency Unit is a centre-of-excellence providing high-level senior insolvency advisory services from a Dublin base.
The firm has operated a dedicated business turnaround unit for over 10 years and due to the unprecedented increase in insolvency cases in 2008 and 2009, combined with a gaping hole in the provision of experienced technical insolvency advice, we decided to create this new centre.
Our partners and staff are experienced insolvency and rescue practitioners offering efficient and cost-effective rescue and insolvency services to a range of stakeholders.
