Established in January 2010 the Horwath Bastow Charleton National Insolvency Unit is a centre-of-excellence providing high-level senior insolvency advisory services from a Dublin base. This is effectively a coming together of our Dublin and Limerick insolvency departments.
The firm has operated a dedicated business turnaround unit for over 10 years and due to the unprecedented increase in insolvency cases in 2008 and 2009, combined with a gaping hole in the provision of experienced technical insolvency advice, we decided to create this new centre. There will continue to be a Limerick insolvency team but a number of the senior Limerick based insolvency advisors are joining forces with colleagues in Dublin to meet the growing demand from business owners, financial institutions and the Courts Service for insolvency advisory services based in Dublin.
Horwath Bastow Charleton and our National Insolvency Unit are experienced insolvency and rescue practitioners offering efficient and cost-effective rescue and insolvency services to a range of stakeholders.
