NOTICE REGARDING
CUSTOM HOUSE CAPITAL LIMITED (IN LIQUIDATION)

The Central Bank made directions in 2009 and 2010 regarding the client assets of Custom House Capital Limited.
The High Court ordered on 15 July 2011 that Inspectors be appointed to Custom House Capital Limited.
Horwath Bastow Charleton Wealth Management Limited was appointed as manager of the activities, business, and client assets of Custom House Capital Limited.
The High Court ordered today that Custom House Capital Limited be wound up, that Kieran Wallace of KPMG be appointed Official Liquidator of the company, and that publication of the Inspectors’ final report be authorised.
Horwath Bastow Charleton Wealth Management Limited continues to manage and act as custodian of the client assets of Custom House Capital Limited (In Liquidation).
The directions made by the Central Bank regarding the client assets of Custom House Capital Limited (In Liquidation) remain in effect. A guideline to the dates on which it is anticipated that these orders will be phased out can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.
