Since joining Horwath Bastow Charleton in 1999, Naoise has practised in the firm’s Corporate Finance Department and has been a member of the firm’s PPP unit. Naoise graduated with a BComm from UCC and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Naoise has extensive experience in banking and financing transactions, asset and property finance transactions (investment and development), tax based lending, PPP, structured finance, syndicated loans, and work-outs. Naoise also advises on joint ventures, commercial and contractual arrangements, and mergers and acquisitions.
Naoise’s clients include corporate and owner managed businesses, particularly in the property, construction, and leisure sectors. |
