John is a qualified chartered certified accountant and is a member of the Irish Taxation Institute. He has joined the firm from PricewaterhouseCoopers Dublin where he was a tax director in their Business and Wealth Services division and provided tax consultancy and planning advice to owner managed businesses. John also has significant experience in providing corporate tax advice to Irish quoted companies and foreign multi-national companies operating in Ireland. He has advised on a large range of transactions including corporate reorganisations and on the purchase and sale of companies.
